Caya Terms and Conditions

Thank you for taking a few minutes to read the Caya Terms and Conditions (these "Terms"). This is a contract between you and Caya LLC. The purpose of this contract is to ensure you and we are aware of our rights when using the Caya application ("App" or "Caya" or "Caya Moms").
Please take some time to read these Terms before using Caya, because once you access, view or use the App, you will be legally bound by these Terms.

• Caya Rules
Before you can use our App, you must:
• Sign in through Google, Apple, or email
• Be at least 18 years old
• Agree to the Caya Code of Conduct
• Be legally permitted to use the App in your country
You may not:
• Use another user's account
• Create duplicate accounts without permission
You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
• Types of Content
There are four types of content on Caya:
• Your Content (what you share)
• Member Content (what others share)
• Our Content (what Caya provides)
• AI Content (responses generated by CAYA AI)
This includes content shared within CAYA Spaces, our community chat and discussion forums.
AI Content (CAYA AI)
Caya includes AI-powered features ("CAYA AI") that generate responses, suggestions, and support based on your inputs.
By using CAYA AI, you acknowledge and agree:
• AI-generated responses are automatically generated and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• AI responses are for informational and supportive purposes only
• AI Content does not constitute medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use AI Content
CAYA AI is designed to support—not replace—your judgment.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or safety concern, you should seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
Your Content
As Your Content is created by you, you are responsible and liable for it.
Your Content includes:
• posts, messages, and interactions in CAYA Spaces
• content shared with other members
• content shared with CAYA AI
By submitting content, you grant us the rights necessary to operate, improve, and provide the App.
You acknowledge that content shared in CAYA Spaces may be viewed by other users and may be difficult to fully remove once shared.
Member Content
Member Content includes all content shared by other users, including in CAYA Spaces.
You understand that:
• Member Content reflects the views of individual users, not Caya
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or reliability of Member Content
• You interact with other users at your own discretion and risk
You may not misuse other users' data or engage in harassment, spam, or harmful behavior.
Our Content
All rights to our content remain with Caya.
• CAYA Spaces (Community Features)
CAYA Spaces are community chat and discussion forums designed to foster connection, support, and shared experiences.
By participating in CAYA Spaces, you agree:
• to engage respectfully and in good faith
• not to harass, bully, or harm other users
• not to share misleading, harmful, or dangerous information
• not to solicit, promote, or conduct unauthorized commercial activity
You acknowledge that:
• conversations in Spaces are not private or confidential
• other users may share opinions, advice, or experiences that are not verified
• Caya does not moderate all interactions in real time
We may, but are not obligated to:
• monitor activity in Spaces
• remove content
• restrict or remove users who violate these Terms
You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
If you encounter harmful behavior, you should report it to us at support@cayamoms.com.
• Restrictions on the App
We do not tolerate abuse. You may not scrape, copy, or misuse the App.
• Privacy
For information about how we collect and use data, see our Privacy Policy.
• Use of Artificial Intelligence
CAYA AI is a core feature of the App.
By using it, you agree:
• You will not rely on AI Content as a substitute for professional advice
• You will not use the AI for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• You understand that AI responses may vary and may be inconsistent
We may monitor interactions with CAYA AI to improve quality, maintain safety, and enforce these Terms.
We may update, modify, or discontinue AI features at any time.
• Third Party Integrations; Premium Services; In-App Advertising
The App may integrate with third-party platforms (Apple, Google, etc.). You agree to their terms.
We may offer paid features or subscriptions. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
We may show ads and promotions. We do not sell your personal data without your permission.
• Disclaimer of Liability
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
The App, including CAYA AI and CAYA Spaces, is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee:
• accuracy of AI-generated responses
• reliability of Member Content
• safety of interactions with other users
• uninterrupted or secure access
CAYA AI is not intended to provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.
CAYA Spaces do not replace professional support, and content shared by users should not be relied upon for important decisions.
• Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content
• interactions between users
• content shared within CAYA Spaces
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last six (6) months, or $100, whichever is greater.
• Misuse of AI or Community Features
You agree not to:
• generate harmful or abusive content
• impersonate others
• attempt to reverse engineer the system
• harm other users or the platform
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
• Changes to Features
We may update, modify, or remove features (including CAYA AI and CAYA Spaces) at any time without notice.
Final Sections
All remaining provisions regarding liability limits, governing law, and enforcement remain in effect.
